FSMA - Food Safety Modernization

In compliance to the new US legislation of FSMA, the Food Safety Modernization Act, established by the FDA, Resibras´ Quality Manager ,Kelen Tostes, joined the training program in the period from 21st to 23rd August 2017 of the PCQI-FSPCA. She is certified and qualified as PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) to plan, implement, maintain and approve Resibras Food Safety Plan.

Atendendo a nova legislação americana do FSMA, nova lei de modernização em Segurança de Alimentos, estabelecida pelo FDA, a Gerente de Qualidade da Resibras, Kelen Tostes, participou no período de 21 a 23 de agosto/2017 do treinamento de Formação de PCQI- FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliace), e está certificada e qualificada como PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) para planejar, implementar, manter e aprovar o Plano de Segurança de Alimentos (Food Safety Plan) da Resibras.
